Mental Health and Resilience for Youth
Immigrant Women and Families

Building Strength, Nurturing Well-Being

This program is dedicated to supporting the mental health and resilience of youth, immigrant women, and families facing unique challenges. Through culturally sensitive counseling, peer support, wellness workshops, and family resources, we provide a safe space for individuals to build emotional strength, improve well-being, and foster supportive connections.

Program Components:

Culturally Responsive Counseling

 

YYWC offers one-on-one counseling sessions with licensed professionals who understand the unique cultural and situational challenges faced by youth and immigrant women. Counseling is tailored to each participant’s background and experiences.
