For families, we provide resources and guidance to help navigate community services, financial assistance, and family-focused mental health support. Our team helps connect families with resources suited to their unique needs.

The Mental Health and Resilience Program strengthens mental well-being among youth, immigrant women, and families by providing culturally sensitive support, community connections, and practical resilience-building tools. This program empowers participants to overcome challenges, build confidence, and foster a sense of belonging within their communities.
