Career training, apprenticeships, and job placement opportunities.
Whether you’re pursuing higher education, preparing for employment, or building a business, the EEAW Program ensures you are not just job-ready, but future-ready.
Through the EEAW Program, YYWC will:
Equip hundreds of youth and women with entrepreneurial and workforce skills.
Connect participants to higher education pathways and financial aid opportunities.
Support the launch of new businesses, career growth, and meaningful employment.
